Q: When I try to obtain registration code my computer downloads the file "register.exe". When I try to execute it, it gives me a error. What do I do?
A: This problem occurs only if you have downloader software, like GO!ZILLA or Getright installed and running on your computer. "Register.exe" is a WIN-CGI application which is not supposed to be downloaded but ran from our server. The problem lies in the fact that programs other than you web browser do not recognise and try to download the app. The solution is TURNING OF YOUR DOWNLOADER SOFTWARE WHEN YOU ARE REGISTERING MP3BASE 3.
Q: I'm using Windows 2000 or Windows NT and when I try to start the program I get the following error.
What do i do?
